    Thank you Michaela, finding an inner peace is not as easy as I would like to believe. It takes work and will power. But you can find it if you dig deep enough and let go of the old hurts.

    You know Marita, what I have found out is that WP&HW (Will Power & Hard Work) are perhaps not that useful on this journey. Try discovery and acceptance instead. Just go about it in a gentle, curious way. What you will find is not what you expect. But its better in many ways….

    It may take some determination and discipline in the beginning, but soon its becoming your true nature – which it is.
