It’s not the body that does not accept weight loss – it’s the mind. And there is one question each dieter should ask themselves – what are the benefits of me being “fat” ? Even though this sounds like a non-sensical question, the response may be surprising if taken into contemplation.

yeah I read it yesterday and it looks like losing weight is something but keeping it off is something else. To stay healthy you have to accept to change your habits and instore new ones for life(like counting calories and think about what you eat constantly. 🙂
Well, or otherwise say goodbye to the belief that calories have anything to do with weight gain.
Weight and weight issues are often times an expression of – fear. And so eating – or even thinking about food – can become an addiction.
Do you know people who claim that they gain weight even thinking of food ? Well – there IS something to it.
To stay healthy we have to learn to accept ourselves – the good, the bad, the thin, the fat.
Health and control are antagonists…Health is an expression of well-being and living in the moment.
