About Michaela
I am a wanderer and a wonderer, like you are. I love our journey and to walk in the company of friends – to learn, experience, share, laugh, cry and above all I simply love this marvelous, magical, mysterious life. I have no plan (cannot believe I am saying this) and my only intention is to be truthful to myself and others.
Media. What to think of it?
Yes… they can show us the truth… and from a idealistic point of view I would say that they should.
In Netherlands… where there was/is a mayor issue with Islam… the Dutch media played a very doubtful role… Out of ignorance or on purpose? I wouldn’t know…
Fact is that people can only see the world true their own colored eyes. It is always an interpretation of the truth. As for a journalist… He or she is not different… He chooses the pictures he wants to shoot, the pictures he wants to show and the words to speak with them.
As for the middle-east… We always watch CNN/BBC and the Arabic media… believing that the truth is somewhere in the middle. 🙂
