A monster snow storm is hitting the US, about about the same time as the huge and catastrophic cyclone Yasi is bearing down on Queensland. Meanwhile the Kairo protests get more intense, Yemen preparing for another rally and the King of Jordan fires his government.
Does anyone still believe that these are not auspices of massive change ?

The Living Room 
Here we have been daily watching the Queensland floods, and just as people were getting a start with cleaning their homes, with help from thousands of volunteers, along comes yet another massive challenge. It seems like a real question at the moment whether Queensland will continue to be habitable. (Long range weather forecast predicts 3 more months of wild weather).
It seems the Coral Sea is very warm, and this causes water evaporation and big rains.
Don’t know what’s behind the heavy frost & snow in Europe and America. I would like to see more analysis and discussion of weather patterns and their changes!
It seems strange to live, phyically undisturbed, in Sydney, and I try to “be present” as much as possible.
The political turmoil is also amazing – I hope & pray that it will lead to real political change, not just another regime with the same process, but actual change of hearts.

Luckily the people in Queensland seem to have been well prepared, so at least no death. But it looks like massive devastation.
Yes, praying is the thing to do…
According to annalists the uprise in the Arab countries is a direct result of rising food prices. They also say that these prices will get even higher because of a growing demand for food and bad harvest’s all over the world. And the bad harvest’s are a result of bad weather and big forest fires.
So without any doubt there is a connection.
When I look at the outer change of the world I am more worried then hopeful.
…which leads to the conclusion that we have to really address the inner change now.
