The poet speaks an universal language

The poet speaks an universal languagePoetry is greater than history

We have become shameless in a response to being so ashamed about our tendency to deny truth. And if the poet speaks, he impacts the truth because he speaks from the heart, Hamza Yussuf on ” What happened to poetry” (4/5)

About Michaela

I am a wanderer and a wonderer, like you are. I love our journey and to walk in the company of friends – to learn, experience, share, laugh, cry and above all I simply love this marvelous, magical, mysterious life. I have no plan (cannot believe I am saying this) and my only intention is to be truthful to myself and others.

  1. Seeing with the heart

The universal message that we know but spend our lives hiding our eyes and hearts from it and suffering is the universal result.

“1/2 the world lives on less than $2 a day and 10% of the world consume 60% of everything.”

What can we do when so many voices of peace get squashed or killed?

    Three things come to mind.

Maybe the message to me (the seed) is to die now to produce the tree and fruit that this life asks.
Better to light a candle than curse the darkness.
‘Blessed are the peacemakers for they will be called the children of God’ Matt 5

Thank God for speakers like this and other intelligent peace makers.
