Connecting to the Source

“Connecting to the Source” is the central spiritual practice in order to align oneself with the higher self and the greater power of the universe. For some this comes natural, others need some time to experience the flow of life.

How are you doing it ? Where do you feel it and which practice do you consider useful in to tune into the energy system of the body ?

About Michaela

I am a wanderer and a wonderer, like you are. I love our journey and to walk in the company of friends – to learn, experience, share, laugh, cry and above all I simply love this marvelous, magical, mysterious life. I have no plan (cannot believe I am saying this) and my only intention is to be truthful to myself and others.

How? Well… Connecting is simply a matter of silence for me. I only need to be aware of it to feel it.

(However… it happens that when I think to much… feelings of stress pull me in kind of maelstrom… I lose contact with myself… and forget to push on this awareness switch. Usually… After I got exhausted from all the whirling around… silence and awareness return.)

    Where do I feel it…
It starts near my belly button… the spine up to the top of my neck… breathing chances… relaxation of the body… feeling grounded in the earth… and a inner feeling in my whole body that I do not know how to define. This is just the start. When I start to “play”with it, it feel it everywhere… just a matter of where my focus is.

    Practice…
Meditation… simply sitting in silence… and walking in nature can be helpful…

The challenge for me is were I put my attention… It is quite easily for me to be and feel aware… I only have to remember… but at the same time it is also easy for me to fall in the pitfall of thinking and worrying to much… and then I seems like I forget how easy it is…

I am not sure of the question as it pertains to tuning into the energy system of the body. That energy system to me is no different than any other system. If one is in their Flow there is a natural unimpeded body/mind/spirit state of Being. To me there is nothing one must do other than to Allow this. The egoic state is the only state which is an obstacle to this.

If one has a single eye of Allowing the Perfection of what Is to be known and experienced the dualism of form and appearance will become but the transparent veil that it truly is. No longer will it obscure the Light of Being.

I follow no particular practice or philosophy other than intuitively feeling and Knowing that separation is a myth. Years ago It simply felt right to experience Unity and Oneness versus the seeming separation of the relative.

Many theologies promote and teach not to become enamored by the world. However they do not know that it exists solely as an example of Perfection expressed. Instead they assign ideas such as being evil to it. The Bible and other scriptures talk about the “sins” of the flesh. Our religions and the God being they speak of are based on duality.

I also came to realize that Waking Up is not work. By many peoples standards I’m pretty lazy in that I don’t have the drive to “do” a lot. This “laziness” has served me well in my process of reconnection with Source. I don’t feel the need to jump through the hoops many say is necessary in order Be AtOnement with All that Is. We are all naturally at One but have forgotten this connection.

First of all – its not “connecting” as such – because we are always connected. Its a becoming aware of the experience being @One with all there is. There seem to be many layers, levels and frequencies. The energy system of the body seems to be the portal to the higher frequencies, in particular the 4th chakra ( the sternum) and the 6th chakra ( between the eyebrows). Spinning wheels of energy.

I used to do some practice from Tibetan Buddhism, like Tsa Lung, which is vigorous physical exercise while holding the breath. That used to get the frequency up to move from the realms of the material to the higher self. And from there, the connection can be made. Today I don’t need this any longer, as I seem to be able to “tune up” without jumping on my tailbone.

Connecting to the source is really an energetic thing – ascending from the physical world ( chakra 1-3) to the realm of energy (Chakra 4-6) and then connecting to the spiritual levels all around us.
