the value of embracing a different P.O.V.? The glass is as full as it is. Its the person who sees it as half empty (oh woe.) or half full (oh joy!)

I really liked this about leadership, The true leader never loses his belief in ..”the capacity of the people he is leading to realize whatever he is dreaming.” Kind of cool from a certain point of view…..the leader’s I suppose.
